Terms of Service

AI Money Compass is a personal finance management tool. It helps you track accounts, expenses, investments, commitments, goals, and tax position. It includes an optional AI Advisor.

We are not: a bank, a broker, a licensed financial advisor, a tax agent, or a payment service. We don't hold your money. We don't execute trades. We give you visibility into your numbers — decisions remain yours.

This is a closed beta. We're refining the product. Expect occasional issues. We'll communicate downtime, fixes, and changes. Beta access is free and we reserve the right to end it.

You provide accurate info, keep your password safe, and don't share access. You're responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at david95oo1@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Don't upload illegal content or someone else's financial data without consent.
• Don't probe, scan, or attempt to break security boundaries (legitimate security research welcomed — see security@).
• Don't use the AI Advisor to generate misleading financial advice for redistribution.
• Don't reverse-engineer the service.

Information shown — including AI Advisor outputs — is for your personal informational use only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We don't know your full circumstances. Decisions about your money are yours alone. Where stakes are material (large purchases, debt restructuring, tax filings), consult a licensed professional.

The AI Advisor can be wrong. It can hallucinate. Verify before acting.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter or upload. You grant us a limited licence solely to operate the service for you. Export anytime; delete anytime.

When you connect moomoo, upload bank statements, or enable WhatsApp, you authorise us to process the relevant data. Service interruptions in those third-party systems are outside our control.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" during the beta. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Money Compass is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including losses arising from reliance on AI Advisor outputs or analytics. Total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) MYR 100 or (b) fees you've paid us in the preceding 12 months (currently MYR 0 during beta).

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abuse, or legal reasons, with notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes go to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights.

We'll notify material changes 14+ days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
